The three consortium partners (IÖB, WOM, SAXION) developed the conception of the further education of teaching stuff based on “cross-border practical contact”. In this case. the general conditions as well as local particularities organizationally related to the school system have been considered.
The IÖB coordinates the realization of the work package 1 “Conception”.
Technical Infrastructure (Work package 2)
The development of the technical infrastructure contains following three units:
1. Project homepage,
3. Technical training.
The University of Applied Science SAXION coordinates the realization of the work package 2 “Technical Infrastructure“.
Material Development (Work package 3)
The project core is the preparation of teaching and learning material. These are indispensable for the teacher training and the testing in everyday life at school. The materials are developed for following four target groups:
The WOM coordinates the realization of the work package 3 „Material Development“.
Further education for Teacher (Work package 4)
Based on the conception (work package 1) the cross-border training for teaching staff is realized. Teachers learn how to implement topic of the neighboring countries and Europe in its entierety into the concept of career orientation and test the methods in the real teaching environment.
The IÖB coordinates the realization of the work package 4 “Further education”.
Networking (Work package 5)
One of the important project tasks is the formation of transnational network between schools, companies, chambers of trade and other partners (regional, national and transnational). Furthermore, the project network perspective would ensure the sustainability within the cooperation structure between educational institutions and business becond the projext period.
The University of Applied Science SAXION coordinates the realization of the work package 5 “Networking”.
Dissemination (Work package 6)
In addition to the work package 6 “Networking”, the project rely on the multiplier effects coming from the project participants, e.g. the teaching staff. The activities of dissemination help to establish the self-implementing mode of the teaching service, whereas the teachers would act as developer of their own teaching subjects and workshops. This will additionally ensure the sustainability of the project. The international conferences organized within the project should also contribute to the knowledge exchange of all project participants.
The KOG coordinates the realization of the work package 6 “Dissemination”.
Evalution (Work package 7)
Internal and external (accompanying) evaluation supports the realization of the initial project goals. In addition it helps to optimize work and communication flow between the project partners.
The WOM coordinates the realization of the work package 7 „Evaluation“.
Project management (Work package 8)
The Institute for Economic Education (IÖB) is responsible for the management of the entire project process.
