After the one-year training and teaching, two international teacher teams in the border region Netherlands-Germany and Poland-Germany met in Oldenburg to have reflections on their practices in the project IMPULS. The exchange of experience between the two teams on their experiences from the IMPULS project was focused on presenting best practice. The school representatives also presented how embedding the International Perspective in their school-based, job-oriented concepts is done, thereby cementing project outcomes and project value. This was followed by the dissemination conference, during which project results were presented and reflected.
